1. Role Description: This position ensure the growth of the Retail Department through boosting the sales and rental revenue. He/She needs to be able to propose and execute marketing & sales plans to generate sales, manage and improve departmental operation. 2. Specific Responsibilities: 1.Trainee will be able to know the company's products and services on bicycles in depth, so as to ensure that clients will be able to be advised competently and when client has any queries the trainee will be able to answer them without having to constantly reference or check up on the details which will improve the client's trust in the company's competency. 2.Trainee will be able to provide a strategic direction for the company by developing and implementing sales strategies. Trainee will be able to forecast the success and the risks of the strategies and come up with backup plans on possible risk occurance. 3.Trainee will be able to liase and communiccate with clients and external stakeholders such as distributors for bicycle and parts and ensuring that a helpful and positive rapport is built based on trust. 4.Trainee will be able to coordinate the flow of goods from the stock room to the sales floor, and do merchandise replenishment. Trainee willl also oversee preparation of displays in the shop as well as maintaining the store's visual objectives by assisting in the floor and fixture change. 5.Trainee will be able to keep abreast of competitors' performance, promotional tactics and provide relevant feedback to the trainer. Trainee will then keep constant communication with trainer to come up with sales data and sales strategies to improve on company's sales and marketing. 6.Trainee will be able to provide monthly report updates to the trainer in regards to the sales performance of the shop. Trainee will be able to track the trend of sales and provide relevant feedback to the trainer for data tracking that will be used for strategy planning. 3.
