Handling existing accounts while aggressively develop and penetrating new accounts.
Be responsive to all sales enquiries, RFQ, qualities and technical issues as highlighted by customers from time to time.
Preparation of all quotations, submission of sales requisitions and creating of project entry into in-house ERP system on a timely manner
Maintain and develop good business relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve company sales targets; cost and profit management
Resolves customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Promote new business opportunities and to increase market share for existing customers.
Tactfully in working out and submit the right quote to maximise the opportunity to win the contract
Proactive in dealing with customer at all levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Coordination and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules to make sure customer\xe2\x80\x99s request are met
Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management
Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing or any related degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Have at least 3 years of experience in both Semiconductor and Automation industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-Motivated, independent and assertiveness and able to work under high pressure and tight dateline with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong business acumen, result \xe2\x80\x93oriented and aggressive in new account development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a strong team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred to have Class 3 driving licence with own car \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in a multi-cultural environment
