Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Manager (F & B)/ Sales Manager
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead the sales team and provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
- Ensure the sales team is meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the F & B industry.
