Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Leverage a deep understanding of industry and regulatory requirements to effectively meet customer needs and navigate complex sales processes \xc2\xb7 Maintain a strong network within relevant industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, environmental services, hazardous waste management, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and food \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure profitable business contracts \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a track record of success in selling industrial machinery or equipment, preferably nanofiltration and filtration systems. Must have experience managing multi-million dollar accounts and a proven record of growing revenue streams \xc2\xb7 Use familiarity with CRM tools to manage and optimize the sales process, and develop a robust sales system from the ground up, harnessing technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness \xc2\xb7 Implement and manage a sales qualification framework that streamlines the sales process, optimizes conversion rates, and drives revenue growth \xc2\xb7 Ensure the sales team adheres to sales qualification framework, and regularly review and refine it as necessary to meet evolving market conditions and business needs \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in targeted industries \xc2\xb7 Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage accounts, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management \xc2\xb7 Manage individual sales territories and provide forecasting and pipeline feedback to commercial and operational functional leaders through the Integrated Business Planning process \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain competitive price intelligence to support strategic market pricing decisions \xc2\xb7 Exhibit a highly focused and ambitious attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets \xc2\xb7 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within assigned responsibility \xc2\xb7 Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team \xc2\xb7 Provide the leadership, support, and tools necessary for the team to achieve ambitious sales targets Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree would be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling industrial machinery or equipment, preferably nanofiltration and filtration systems \xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, environmental services, hazardous waste management, petrochemical, oil and gas, and food industries, with knowledge of the relevant industry and regulatory requirements \xc2\xb7 Strong existing network within relevant industries, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Strong selling and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Experience with CRM tools and the development of sales systems \xc2\xb7 Demonstrable history of managing significant accounts and expanding revenue streams \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Strong leadership and motivational skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both internal team members and external clients \xc2\xb7 Ability to forecast sales and interpret sales data. Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to develop competitive price intelligence \xc2\xb7 Highly focused and ambitious, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
