Build and strengthen customer relationships to boost turnover, profit, and market share.
Lead the sales team to achieve top customer satisfaction.
Align sales and support teams to be market leader.
Provide product and engineering support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage the department budgets, and sales commitments.
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and service teams to grow market share and enhance service penetration.
Ensure CRM tool adoption by sales executives, and drive sales activities including lead generation and account management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Participate in management activities, optimize department organization, and handle recruitment and team development.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, analyze results, and develop action plans.
Communicate results and action plans to the team and senior management regularly.
Requirements
Strong experience in automotive sales.
Class 3 driving license.
