  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to boost turnover, profit, and market share.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve top customer satisfaction.
  • Align sales and support teams to be market leader.
  • Provide product and engineering support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the department budgets, and sales commitments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and service teams to grow market share and enhance service penetration.
  • Ensure CRM tool adoption by sales executives, and drive sales activities including lead generation and account management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Participate in management activities, optimize department organization, and handle recruitment and team development.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, analyze results, and develop action plans.
  • Communicate results and action plans to the team and senior management regularly.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in automotive sales.
  • Class 3 driving license.
