Maintaining constant knowledge of the product line and offering input on the most recent advancements in the industry.
Proactively assist and collaborate with the CS and sales teams on their day-to-day contract management and sales tasks.
To guarantee that greater customer opportunities are built in accordance with customer expectations and within acceptable commercial and risk criteria, support sales with these opportunities.
Make sure everyone in the relevant region is aware of and supportive of the account growth plan.
Engage with all stakeholders in an efficient manner.
Develops and secures approval for an annual offer development plan that is in line with the company\'s strategy by working with leadership teams. It also outlines consumer expectations and forecasts and creates business cases for important projects or the launch of new products, making sure cross-functional integration is implemented as needed.
