Job Description

:

  • Provides clerical and minor technical support for the sales department.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with existing and potential merchants directly or pass along to person capable of addressing merchant issues and concerns.
  • Generate monthly sales reports.
  • Fulfill duties pertaining to department productivity and corporate objective/s.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Update sales and customer records.
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • A Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related courses
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English language, both oral and written
  • Can work with minimum supervision and a team player
  • Time Management
  • Attentive to details
  • Willing to work in Marikina
