Responsible for ensuring sales incentives and commercial incentives are calculated in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with applicable policies and agreements.
Conduct in-depth analytical review of sales incentives and commercial incentives, and prepare management reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and perform adjustments/reconciliations, as necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate pay-out of incentives.
Provide training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
Work closely with Revenue Manager to develop and maintain robust incentives processes with client-focus and continuous improvement mindset.
Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives, internal audit, etc.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields. MBA degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
Highly analytical; Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
