Sales Operations Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

Where: Singapore

Supporting: APAC Field Sales Operations

Level: mid-entry level

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Data Management, Operations Research, or related field.



The Sales operations associate will provide support to the APAC Sales Operations managers. Handling administrative and analytical functions. Including the following but not limited to;

Handle data reconciliation between OBI, SFDC, etc systems Maintaining SFDC Account , Opportunity, Deal Registration hygiene Maintenance of POS submissions from distributors into E2OpenSupport shipment escalations requests with Supply ChainIdentify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesignApply statistical analysis and ad-hoc reporting help

Operations Analyst Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in management information systems, business, data management, operations research, or related field 2 to 6 years experience in an operations analyst role, or in a related position Understanding of Quote to Cash and POS, Deal registration is

to analyze complex data sets using a variety of software and tools Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organized team player able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills pays strict attention to detail Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
