Our products application includes Cloud Storage Systems, Network Storage and Servers, Surveillance, Personal Computers, Consumer Electronics Applications, Gaming, and others.

Sales Operations is a dynamic and highly motivated group who owns the product demand planning and fulfillment for global customers.

About the role - you will:

Report into the Sales Operations organization, the incumbent will be the primary contact window to Sales and Customers on all business aspects related to demand forecasting, supply deliveries, product offering, and other related matters.

• Provide Best In Class services to Sales/Customers and meeting all requirements in the role of demand and supply management and supporting Sales in achieving maximum revenue and market share
• Be the customer advocate to internal teams through effective communication and supply chain optimization
• Close engagement and collaboration with Sales and Customers and all related functional teams to drive alignment and meeting Company revenue targets
• Identify, negotiate and optimize supply constraints with internal departments on production output, logistics and quality related matters
• Support and execute to meeting Company\'s internal financial and operational metrics such as forecast accuracy, churns, inventory management and revenue recognition
• Support Company\'s initiatives on process improvements, cost savings projects, total customer experience

About you:

• Positive learning attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Your experience includes:

• Relevant, at least 2-3 years, work experience in sales operations, logistics and supply chain

Location:

The Shugart site (named after Seagate\'s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work. Ample on-site parking is also available. Being a purposed built building, The Shugart has excellent employee recreational facilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym and recreation rooms. Our Yoga and Zumba classes are very popular.
