Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in supply chain operations, sales operations, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience structuring analysis using spreadsheet/presentation software and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with Anaplan models.
  • Ability to grow in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, with limited direction, and balance priorities.
  • Ability to derive insights using predictive modeling techniques.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and a secondary APAC language (e.g., Japanese, Hindi, etc.) fluently to manage stakeholders in related markets.

The Devices and Services team's mission is to create helpful experiences for users by combining the best of Google Hardware, Software, and AI. Our product portfolio consists of consumer hardware products (e.g., Google Pixel, Nest Wifi, Chromecast, etc.) and subscription services (e.g., Stadia, Google One, and Nest Aware). The Partnerships team within Devices and Services is responsible for managing partnerships with carriers, retailers, enterprises, and the Google Store, including developing channel strategy and discussing commercial terms, marketing, merchandising, and goals.

Our team provides meaningful solutions -- from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead forecasting activities across different business categories and countries, working with tools teams to improve the systems and processes.
  • Execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data, and provide insights/recommendations to leadership.
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Regional Demand Planning, Marketing, Global Sales Operations, and Regional Country Sales Teams.
  • Support the planning cycle with providing insights into channel performance, trends, and growth rate.
  • Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in preparation of business reviews for the sales teams and cross-functional teams.
