Responsibilities:

  • Perform follow up calls/emails to customers to facilitate faster processing for Customers.
  • Drive cross sell business for supplementary cards and other ancillary products to increase revenue.
  • Provide full administrative support to sales teams.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Perform welcome calls to new credit card Customers introducing the various usage programs that the bank offers.
  • Work on all pending, cancelled & rejected credit card / personal loan applications in order to optimize sales efforts and efficiency.
  • Review of applications and transactions.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Minimally, a Diploma / GCE O Level holder
Relevant Work Experience
  • Minimally 2 years of experience in a Telesales environment, in credit cards business
Technical/Functional Skills
  • Telesales experience
Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
