Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor general customer orders and attend timely to inquiries ie. routine orders and/or spot requests.
- Ensuring customer needs are being satisfied consistently and excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization.
- Good team collaboration, supporting function to Sales/BDM to develop strong client relationships and account retention
- Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation, routing and compliance with shipping regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and implement streamline processes leading to improve customer experience.
- Supporting on RFQ/ Reporting/ QBR for assigned customers with sales & internal stakeholders.
- Understand and embrace the company\'s core mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers.
- To undertake additional duties / responsibilities at the request of the Head of Department.
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in freight forwarding industry as sales support role and/or Customer Service related function.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
