Vance Group is a diversified and financially strong business group headquartered in Singapore. Our companies are involved in the manufacturing and trading of chemicals and oleochemicals in Malaysia and Singapore. In recent years, Vance Group has been growing rapidly and is looking for dynamic, independent and results-oriented individuals to add to our Sales and Trading team.

Location: City Hall Area (Stamford Court) Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• In charge of order processing, handling sales orders, etc.
• On-boarding of new customers by disseminating and following-up on new account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) forms, and maintaining proper records
• Data entry, tracking, and record-keeping in a sales-related environment
• Assist in following up on sales-related issues and complaints
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels
• Retrieval of documents for sales staff
• Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all sales-related documents
• Assist in servicing existing customer accounts
• Liaise with other departments for information exchange
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in sales support/administrative role
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Cheerful, keen to learn, and keeps an open mind
• Analytical and meticulous
• Able to work under stress
• Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency
• Customer-oriented
• SAP B1 knowledge would be a plus point
• Experience in a sales support role within the palm oil, oleochemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage
