Job Description

1. Job Scope

  • Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email.
  • Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
  • Manage weekly, monthly reports.
  • Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
  • Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
  • Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.
2. Job Requirements
  • Optimistic, Positive and Proactive
  • Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in speaking English for handling English-speaking people
  • Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement
  • Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required
  • Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment
  • General knowledge on excel format if any
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in the freight forwarding industry in customer service of sales support will be at advantage.
