Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customer for enquiries/issues
  • Generating quotations and processing client sales orders.
  • Assist Sales team in handling quotation, order acknowledgement and invoices
  • Liaise with customer on shipment arrangement.



Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge in microsoft
  • Able to work under minimal supervison
