Working days: 5 days
8.30am- 5.45pm
Job scope:
- Responsible for processing sales quotation/sales order/PO to vendors for customers
- Responsible for getting sufficient technical information from customers before sending inquiries to vendor
- Responsible for follow up on deliveries with vendor
- Responsible for follow up with forwarder on the schedule of incoming (Air/Sea) goods delivery to Singapore warehouse
- Responsible for claiming short shipped/ defect items from Vendor
- Responsible to tally invoice data (price & quantity) in supplier invoice against inhouse purchase order and post into SAP for warehouse stock and/or customer stocks
- Responsible to inform sales staff to pick their arrived goods when necessary
- Liaise / follow up with warehouse to ensure delivery of goods to customers
- Manage customer claims / goods returned
- Maintain good filing system
- Involve in yearly stock take activities
- Assisting in forecasting stock requirement and keeping adequate amount of stock to meet customers\' demand
- Assisting to check export L/C if the terms are able to meet bank\'s requirement
- Assisting to print monthly sales and inventory report
- Negotiation with customers and mindful of cost control
