Sales Support Executive (parts Distributor)

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: West (Clementi)
- Handle all sales-related activities and documentation (e.g. costings, quotations, order confirmations, logistics etc).
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure on-time shipment.
- To be the main contact point for internal and external customers/suppliers/logistics companies.
- Ensure system information is updated and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination/administration.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player who is able to communicate and work effectively with other team members.
