Sales Support Executive Tower Crane Division

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team in Singapore and Hong Kong
- Assist and support in the preparation for tender submissions
- Prepare quotations via order platform
- Coordinate with HQ Order Centre to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
- Monitor and update status of project & sales quotes
- Attend monthly sales meeting and prepare minutes of meeting
- Assist in other sales and marketing matters
- Traveling may be required from time to time
- Diploma and above, minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in heavy machinery industry will be an advantage
- Good communication skills, proficiency in English and Chinese language, able to communicate in Cantonese are advantages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to travel abroad (when circumstances allow)
- High level of independence and initiative
- Well organized and meticulous
- Team player and able to work well inter-departments
