Sales Training Officer

Job Description
We are looking for an innovative trainer to train our worldwide sales force at pit factory in Clark.
- Responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role
- Must be observant and have excellent analytical skills.
- Able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.
- Evaluate Sales Managers performances during training to gauge where skills are lacking
- Assist on creating training programs to address skill gaps in employees
- Prepare learning materials for programs
- Develop PPTs for new training programs whenever required
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs
- Research new teaching methods
- Keep training materials updates, organized and prepared for each session
- Assist on travel, accommodation and transportation requirements for employees to visit the factory
- A degree in HR, education or training.
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in Clark Pampanga
- Can join immediately (preferably)
- Day shift
- Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
