Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales Department, such as Sales Order processing, liaising with customers, etc. Job Responsibilities 1. Attends to all incoming calls on sales enquiries and customers’ requests. 2. Types Official Quotations. 3. Receives customer’s Purchase Orders. 4. Checks and advises customers on schedules for Board production and delivery. 5. Prepares Work Orders. 6. Feedback to Sales Executives on the customers’ enquiries. 7. Follow-up on customer’s request for change of Delivery Date.
