Responsibilities

Work with client to understand requirements, workshop facilitation, generate user stories, and ensure developers are building according to clearly written acceptance criteria.
Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
Self-Motivated and able to drive requirements with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Assess and recommend architecture solutions in alignment with client needs and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Ensure that project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Software Engineering or related
At least three (3) years\' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
