- Gather and document stakeholder requirements.
- Define functional and technical specs with developers.
- Write user stories and create process flows.
- Track project progress and identify risks.
- Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Analyze user feedback and collaborate on improvements.
- Maintain documentation of processes and workflows.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe sprint planning and standups.
- Forge strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administration Certified.
- Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Understanding of project lifecycle.
- Preferred: experience in logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
