Project: digitalization of the invoicing

Technical details: SAP Retail, SAP FICO, B2B portal, E-commerce system and POS system

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Extensive experience in project management, with a strong experience with SAP ecosystem: SAP Retail, SAP FICO, B2B portal, E-commerce system and POS system
• Willingness for occasional business trips to Malaysia (not more than 5% of time)
• Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work across different business units
• Effective communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly in both business and technical discussions
• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects proactively to drive execution and deliver results as a project manager.

• Lead and oversee important technology projects and initiatives from start to finish
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables that align with business objectives
• Prepare budget proposals and recommend changes as needed, while monitoring project expenses within budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents, ensuring all project documentation is up to date
• Execute all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, address issues, identify risks, and create contingency plans
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
• Provide regular status updates on project milestones, requests, deliverables, conflicts, and risks
• Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences
• Manage vendors effectively to meet stakeholder expectations and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance and maintain an audit trail
• Monitor and report key performance metrics, project progress, and budgets for management review
• Provide budget and cost information for projects, operational governance, planning, and post-implementation review
