About the Team
Team SAP SuccessFactors Asia Pacific and Japan put our customers and people first. You will be joining a culture that fosters collaboration, kindness and ‘colouring outside of the lines’ to deliver unforgettable experiences to customers. As part of our commitment to customer advocacy at the heart of demand generation, we are looking for an intern to support within the SuccessFactors sales organisation.
What you’ll do:

  • Job Title: SAP Successfactors Intern - Data Analyst
  • Location: Singapore
  • Expected start date: ASAP for minimum 12 month (amenable for part-time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for reviewing, processing and analyzing large amounts of data related to customers, i.e., demographic, income, competitive landscape, and revenue. This includes data profiling, trending, and monitoring. The individual will use reporting and data comparison tools to analyze large data sets.
  • Review, process, and analyze large amounts of information related to customer service and revenue. Combine data from multiple sources (Excel files, flat files, etc.) into integrated views that can be used to drive analysis and be summarized for executive decision making
  • Delivers visual metrics and insights based on detailed analysis of emerging trends, business performance, and key metrics
  • Develops strong knowledge of business processes across the organization in order to provide relevant insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Partners with internal business partners to develop analysis that lead to actionable insights
