Receiving visitors and render assistance to contractors/ vendors.
Render assistance to walk-in pupils\xe2\x80\x99 needs and simple non-life threatening first-aid support at the sickbay. To escalate to office staff immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
Handle situations when pupils vomit and soil their clothes, loan of uniforms, ad-hoc sewing of buttons on uniform, etc.
Print and pass the Early Dismissal Form to parents. Phone Call Duties:
Handing phone calls on queries, feedbacks and requests.
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Front Desk Admin Duties:
Issue and collection of keys to staff/students/vendors.
Maintain resource files required for counter duty.
Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.
Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school.

Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Fri: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
