The Challenge
We require an exceptional Field Marketing Manager to help drive our business growth in SEA and Greater China. This person will be working with our sales teams across Singapore, Thailand, Greater China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia (SEA and GC).
The Field Marketing Manager will be a regional marketing leader, and needs to be an all-rounder marketer with a strategic mindset who ideally has expertise in some of the following areas: running local events, account-based marketing (ABM) programmes, campaigns, and partner marketing, which generate quality leads and pipeline for the sales team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation - they will need to run multiple programs, while building a great marketing strategy for the region.
The Role
Work closely with senior stakeholders including the regional sales leader, country sales leaders, sales team managers, and the APJ marketing team to build the field marketing strategy and campaigns
Take overall responsibility for SEA and GC marketing strategy including owning Enterprise, Government and Commercial marketing sourced and influenced revenue and pipeline numbers
Develop close relationships and collaborate with account executives across the sales and sales development organization that help drive business impact and net-new pipeline
Work with the ABM team to grow and develop upon our world-class ABM program in a scalable manner - deploying local account-specific campaigns
Partner with the APJ events lead and our solution strategists to deliver local language webinars and events - often in conjunction with customer speakers - working across annual flagship events to smaller local workshops, roundtables and account specific events (both 3rd party and Qualtrics led)
Work closely with local customer success teams to help expand our local customers into new product lines (developing user groups and sourcing customer speakers for Qualtrics events).
Develop local content including customer stories, sales materials presentations and thought leadership.
Lead the SAP Marketing relationship and collaborate with a partner marketing manager and our ecosystem team to run joint activities with local focus partners
Work well with the rest of the APJ marketing team. This currently consists of digital, content, operations, events and campaigns marketing managers in Australia, Japan, India and South Korea
Manage the regional field marketing budget and local vendor relationships
Your Experience
Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or agency role with a proven track record of commercial results or as a field marketing manager, with ownership of a country marketing number
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
Strong understanding of demand generation and revenue attribution
Passion for building campaigns and pipeline
Experience working on account-based marketing programs
Proven track record delivering under a tight deadline
Senior stakeholder management experience in a large organization
Fluent in English. Other language proficiency - Chinese, Thai, Bahasa are a plus

You have experience with marketing technologies - e.g. marketo, six sense
You have a history of working with sales teams and customer success teams
