  • 出張の調整業務
  • 来客対応
  • 外出時の予約調整業務
  • その他CEOのサポートおよび関連する事務業務
【給与】 Up to_S$5,500(経験による)
【応募資格】
  • 3年以上の関連業務のご経験をお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)
======================================= Responsibilities
  • Business trip arrangement
  • Visitor attendance
  • Various arrangements of in-house events
  • Dealing with CEO’s home-related company(Phone/mail)
  • Reservation arrangements (restaurants, golf, mobile cars, etc.)
  • Gathering information on immigration regulations
  • To manage the CEO’s incoming and outgoing mail and documents effectively
  • Other necessary business irregularities
Requirements
  • Min 3years of working experience in the related field
  • An eye for detail, meticulous, passionate, good interpersonal skill, Microsoft Office, independent, team player
  • Flexible about job scope
  • Business level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
  • Open for business trips to Japan and others (with attendance business trips)
  • Entertain guests when they come to SG(arrangements and attendance such as lunch and dinner)
  • MS Office skill
