Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to President and the company 2. Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms 5. Calendar planning and alert President about cancelations or new meetings 6. Attend board meetings 7. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes 8. Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives 9. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents 10. Receive and relay telephone messages 11. Other ad hoc duties Job Requirements: 1. Possesses excellent writing and communicating skills in Chinese and English/French 2. Willing to travel overseas (e.g. Africa) frequently 3. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of computerized accounting systems 5. Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects 6. Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail
