Principal Accountabilities. Oversee the security services and undertake duties regarding Traffic, First Aid, Safety Inspection, Emergency Response and Fire Prevention . Responsible for the fire safety management program for the client. Achieve timely and efficient delivery of services relating to safety within school premises by working closely with vendor for security. Provide support to end users' needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance IndicatorsDuties & Responsibilities. Oversee Security Services and undertake duties regarding Traffic, Environment Safety, First Aid, Safety Inspection, Emergency Response, Fire Prevention. Oversee and act as a single point of contact for issues relating to security and fire safety. Respond to Parents' feedback within the school compound as soon as possible when required. Stationed at designated drop-off/pick-ups locations during the start and closing of the school days to assist the parents with the picking up/dropping of their children. Conduct walk-throughs within school compound to ensure student's safety /compound safety for student's use. Observe the Safety-First methodology and ensure compliance within statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards. Work with HQ's EHS Manager to conduct Environmental Health and Safety checks. Adhere to college's Safeguarding and all policies stated in the agreement and ensure vendors' compliance. Achieve contractual KPI and SLA target. Actively identify and manage sustainability. Ensure overall customer service satisfaction
