Job Description


The senior account specialist's job is to make sure that company policies are being followed and all customer needs met. They act as a mediator between clients, vendors/suppliers, and their team members so everyone can work together smoothly without any problems or issues arising from one party talking directly with another person who does not represent them in negotiations.
Senior Account Specialists have a lot on their plate. They're in charge of overseeing key accounts and long-standing relationships with clients, which means they must be able to gather extensive data from these sources as well as liaise externally such as vendors or suppliers about how best we can serve you!You are a key player in your company's success. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the CEO & Founder and the Creative Director
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted client relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of BlinkaEUR(TM)s multimedia outputs and services according to client needs and objectives.
Internal Responsibilities:
  • Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Willingly, effectively and proactively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Responsible for assisting with the conceptualization, implementation, and management of client campaigns, coordinating client activities, and liaison with other team members in order to exceed client expectations.
  • Handles day-to-day administration of accounts (contact reports, cost estimates, records management) under the direct supervision of a Creative Director
  • Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well as the critical path.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of brands.
  • Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources, and keeps
Creative Director and other groups are well informed of progress and changes.
  • Participates in interactive strategy development with the Creative Team.
  • Adheres to company guidelines such as timely completion of timesheets, and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Oversees the timely production of clear, concise written documentation for project deliverables.
  • Ensures timely documentation of contact reports.
  • Develop and formulate contracts and billing based on project scopes
  • Filing and updating transactions on projects
  • Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop products and services.
  • Monitoring of account performance data.
  • Collaboration with the Creative and Development Team to assist in the execution of account deliverables.
  • Reports project brief and general progress of account/s to the Creative Director
  • Liaise with Account specialists and Development team on behalf of the client and, where necessary, ensure clearance and copyright
  • De-Briefing and Evaluation of clients.
2Client Relations:
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and expand business opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Understands customers' requirements in functional as well as business aspects to qualify and close any sales opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline client goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries from clients.
  • Advise clients on what is technically possible and produce a proposal including, for example, the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales and costs
  • Presenting company products and services to clients when needed.
  • Overseeing a team of account specialists to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
  • Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
  • Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an account/sales executive or client relationship.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM processes and/or software.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Preferably with experience or knowledge in the branding, marketing (traditional
