The physical presence will consist of a small team, and you should be able to work independently and Work with senior members of the Regional Office in Shanghai. Responsible for full spectrum of financial and accounting functions within the South East Asia region. Streamlining accounting and financial reporting process to promote high efficiency and accuracy in book keeping activities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : . AP/AR Management . Data entry, documentation, filing related accounting document. . Manage reimbursement. . Prepare SOA report for individual customer . Assist the reconciliation of the account . Assist periodic financial reports preparation. . Reporting and submission of GST Returns and Major Exporter Scheme . Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors QUALIFICATIONS: . Diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent above 5 years of relevant experience. . Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin . Excellent presentation and analysis skills . Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, have knowledge of CW1 will have an added advantage . Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines . Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently . Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only
