Skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

Manage relationship with respective outsourced firms and auditors of Singapore, India, 7 Asia and 8 Europe subsidiaries.

Take lead and/or collaborate with various internal stakeholders to resolve issue pertaining to India, largest and fastest growing subsidiary.

Oversee respective entities statutory financial audits and compliance requirement.

Review monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet schedules (local and US GAAP) for accuracy and completeness before uploading to SAP.

Review month-end and year-end closing of accounts for management reporting and statutory compliance

Review monthly Opex and Trial Balance flux analysis against forecast.

Review account reconciliation for Balance Sheet items between local & US GAAP.

Release monthly payroll for Singapore and Asia subsidiaries.

Approve and release weekly payment request submitted by outsourced accountants.

Review semi-annually overall cash balance for Asia and Europe subsidiaries.

Manage relationship with Bank of America and other banks for banking related matters.

Manage yearly Fixed Assets Sighting exercise in September.

Any other ad hoc activities or projects assigned.

People Management:

2 direct and 2 indirect report in Singapore

1 direct and 3 indirect report in India-Hyderabad

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Prior experience with EDB reporting and managing a remote team in India will be a plus.

Open to travel to India to meet up with team members and stakeholders.

Knowledge of accounting & MS office software; SAP experience will be a plus.

Meticulous and organize.

Resourceful and with good problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

Excellent command of English and Chinese language, both spoken and written.

Experience in multi-national environment preferred.

Education:

Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with at least 8 years of managerial experience.
