• Work closely with the promotion product team, business partners and internal stakeholders to discover market growth problems, uncover insights, identify key levers and deliver practical solutions based on large-scale user and product data.
• Build core machine learning models involving deep learning, operations research as well as building end-to-end machine learning pipelines to optimize promotion product efficiency and improve key target metrics such as CTR and CR.
• Work on solutions involving personalized recommendation and overall distribution optimisation of voucher/promotion item, smart recommendation of voucher and promotion item configurations setting, e-commerce campaign budget planning, product demand forecasting, etc.

• Master\'s degree or above in computer science, mathematics, data mining, statistics, or related fields, or bachelor\'s degree with at least two years of working experience and excellent programming skills (at least one of Python, Scala, Golang, or Java).
• 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience Experience in e-commerce industry is highly preferred
• Possess good logical analysis ability, learning ability, and team collaboration spirit.
• Strong experience in machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, as well as experience in big data analysis and distributed databases or systems (such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Hbase, etc.).
• Familiar with recommendation system algorithm architecture and process, with experience in recall, coarse ranking, ranking, re-ranking deep learning models, and model debiasing related projects.
• Priority will be given to applicants with experience in reinforcement learning, graph models, multi-modal learning, and causal inference.
