About you

You will analyze financial data, provide insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making. In this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of business performance.

This position reports to the Finance Business Partner for Singapore.

Your Key Responsibilities

1) Financial Planning & Forecast & Operating Review -

Review systems and procedures for budgeting and other business planning techniques.

Review, appraise, and evaluate overall proposed budgets, financial plans, and cost estimates prepared by other departments and advise the management.

Prepare and review the monthly forecast and analyze the variance between forecast and actual performance.

Prepare operating review charts and submit Flash Report.

2) Management review and report -

Prepare presentation materials for the management meeting.

Review FHR and SG&A expenses monthly.

Prepare management letter quarterly and review HFM Report.

Prepare and provide ad hoc requests for related information.

What you will need to be successful

Have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance and at least 10 years of working experience in finance.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment

Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Results-driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
