Create and deliver timely reports on leases, budgets and overall departmental performance.
Provide data accuracy, system security and leveraging technology to improve workflows.
Responsible for process improvements by centralizing and maintaining templates, manuals and documents.
Review internal processes, developing policies and onboarding new staff.
Ensure clear communication between the manager and the leasing team by providing feedback to improve processes and systems.
Requirements:
At least a degree in Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.
Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills are a must.
Detail oriented and strong quantitative skills with a foundation in financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Dedicated team player with a service-oriented attitude.
Meticulous with strong initiative and be able to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
