As part of our continued growth, Latitude Architects is looking to fill a senior level role. The candidate will report to the Director and will be assisted with one to two Architectural Graduates. As a senior Architect, he or she will undertake project of different stages, either in a team or work independently. ie. Tender bid, project execution which include seeking authority clearances, construction co-ordination etc whichever to suit the strength of the persons.
Requirements
Master Degree in Architecture Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations, authorities' requirements, and compliances. Good presentation and communication skills Positive attitude, highly motivated, with desire to continual learning Have completes local project and understand cycle of architectural consultancy. * Familiar with SCDF code and regulation.
