What the role is:You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop the cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. Your mission will be to support the Director of the CSA Academy in uplifting Singapore\'s cybersecurity capabilities through programmes on skills and talent development. You will work with internal and external stakeholders such as the employers, government agencies, institutes of higher learning, industry associations and training providers to drive deep skills training and competency development of the cybersecurity workforce.What you will be working on:Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Uplift the technical cybersecurity competency of existing cybersecurity professionals in CSA, the Government and the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) sectors via contextualised cybersecurity technical training courses in areas where commercial training is limited \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhance CSA and public service officers\' appreciation of CSA and the Government\'s cybersecurity functions and deepen their understanding of wider and emerging national cybersecurity issues via the CSA Milestone programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead national efforts in cybersecurity competency frameworks that guide professionals in their career pathway, training and skills development via the review, evaluation and endorsement of cybersecurity courses and certifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Support director in setting and driving CSA academy\'s overall vision, mission, strategic goalsWhat we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 10 years\' experience in cybersecurity and skills/curriculum development teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant tertiary qualification in cybersecurity, computer science or engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, OSCP, CCNP, CISA, Cloud certifications) and training and adult education certifications (e.g. ACLP, ACTA) would be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Track record in analysing information, formulating strategies, conceptualising initiatives and driving actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading a medium-sized team \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, and able to engage senior/middle management and industry stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
