What the role is:You will be responsible in supporting the Ministry\'s mission to promote a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement through value-driven care to enhance health outcomes and patient experiences. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will lead a team to review, formulate and implement strategies to - 1. Drive MOH\'s value-driven care programme for continuous improvement in patient outcomes and cost efficiency; 2. Promote cross-cluster/institutional collaborations or public-private partnerships in the creating value in healthcare; 3. Develop national best practice standards in the delivery of care; 4. Implementation of an appropriate Casemix classification and coding system as a source of data for policy development; and 5. This includes familiarity in literature review, basic statistical analysis, data visualisation tools and performance measurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership and stewardship - Ability to positively influence and inspire the team members, MOH peers and colleagues. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary qualification. Healthcare-related, Data Science or Economics qualification would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aptitude for in data collection and analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good people and networking skills demonstrating strong key stakeholder management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project and time management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective interpersonal skills.
