What the role is:We are looking for a Senior Assistant Executive (Business Partnership Team).What you will be working on:As a Senior Assistant Executive (Business Partnership Team): you will take on the following roles: Operations and administrative specialist role to provide efficient and streamlined support for the team in managing HR processes (e.g. recruitment) and ensuring that issues are flagged out and rectified Ops-Tech role to be able to manage technical challenges in various HR-related platforms (e.g. HR & Payroll System (HRPS), One Talent Gateway (OTG), etc.), including embracing automation tools (e.g. RPA, AI, etc.) to improve operational efficiency Service-oriented role to deliver HR services to agencies and stakeholders (e.g. potential candidates, employees, etc.) in a customer-centric manner You will be responsible for the following: Provide robust end-to-end admin and operations support to various HR services (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, deployment, learning completion, annual security declarations, exit, etc.) Manage and maintain staff databases (HRPS or offline databases) in a conscientious and timely manner to ensure accuracy of record-keeping Advise basic pay-related matters to employees, liaising with Vital and HRPS to effectively understand issues before advising employees Manage and maintain the Organisation Management (OM) module in HRPS for each agency, understanding the intricacies of the OM module and the downstream implications of data in OM module. Ensure the efficiency and efficacy of HR service delivery through standardisation, process redesign, integration of HR tech, sharing of best practices, collaboration with Vital, etc. Adopt and adapt HR products/ services (e.g. learning solutions, onboarding packages, etc.) and contextualise (if necessary) to meet agencies' needs. Additional Info As this role requires the officer to provide HR support for a few agencies, the officer will be required to flexibly commute between the Treasury Building and CREATE Tower.
