- Responsible for the new outpatient digital systems roll out and change management
- Work with analysts in the management of outpatient related systems
- Work with stakeholders to optimise outpatient journey with digitisation in outpatient clinics
- Manage change requests and involved in systems testing and user acceptance tests.
- Analyse data and evaluate current work processes for system enhancements.
- Involve in development plans and expansion of outpatient IT systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for outpatient service standards
- Support projects and/or role development for outpatient services.
- Basic degree & Postgraduate degree in any field.
- 3 years of working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Power Point
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically outpatient IT systems will be advantageous
