Work closely with programme director to strategise recruitment/marketing campaigns locally as well as overseas
Lead and manage multi-media content creation for postgraduate programmes, including developing and executing marketing initiatives according to programme goals and objectives
Work collaboratively with partner universities to oversee the admission process including shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers and acceptances
Develop and manage overseas agents for student recruitment while actively collecting market data and using data strategically to recommend marketing campaigns for the programmes
Ensure that all digital marketing platforms (such as programme websites and social media) are regularly updated with relevant and engaging contents
Track and measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and digital platforms to ensure that the marketing budget is spent most efficiently
Proactively engage with prospective students and guide them to complete the application/ enrolment process
Achieve targets of student recruitment / enrolment
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Well-versed in traditional and social media marketing platforms to reach out to various target audiences from different parts of the world.
Ability to work independently and work under stress to meet tight deadlines.
Proactive, well organized, and meticulous.
Occasional travel and willingness to work some weekends.
Experience in the education sector and institutions of higher learning in Singapore and the region will be an advantage.
