Senior Associate Consultant

What the day will look like

• 
  Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the area of Performance & Rewards for the Wealth Management sector which will include compensation survey delivery, broad based rewards, pay analysis and benchmarking, incentive plan design, performance management and KPI development
• 
  Manage data solutions and products in the broader financial services domain comprising of survey production, analysis and insight generation
• 
  Deliver projects/modules independently ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability
• 
  Develop a trusted advisor relationship through successful project delivery
• 
  Able to display strong problem solving capabilities
• 
  Collaborate across Human Capital Solutions to develop client solutions

Aon Singapore's Human Capital Solutions offers a breadth of specialist expertise in critical areas for HR and business leaders, including assessment, preformance, rewards, and executive compensation.
This position offers an opportunity to work as a Senior Associate Consultant in our Singapore office, providing compensation consulting and data solutions to clients across the Wealth Management Industry.
Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 
  Experience in financial services is desirable. An interest in compensation consulting and financial services is essential. HR or business analyst experience will be highly regarded
• 
  Client focus (consultative approach). Build sustainable relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities
• 
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required
• 
  Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
• 
  Strong analytical skills
• 
  Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
• 
  Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
• 
  Careful attention to detail
