Engage with guests to forge loyalty to the bar and increase bar spending Deliver exciting beverage concepts for the Outlet, curating experiences for our Guests through innovative and unique beverage concepts Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency Responsible for the bar's daily operation and inventory management Assist with concocting new and innovative cocktails seasonally Inspect bar daily for cleanliness and attractiveness and inspect all equipment and machinery for proper operation and perform corrective action where necessary Comply with safety and hygiene requirements To ensure total satisfaction of suppliers - regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally. Recommend process to make the operations more efficient Ensure beverage and sales targets are met through upselling and promoting beverages to guests May assist with other duties where required by superiors, including assisting in restaurant service.
