Founded in 2011, it is the heart and soul of Proof & Company. Since launch, 28 has enjoyed remarkable affirmation from the global cocktail and spirits community, including two big wins at Tales of the Cocktail and six straight years on the World\xe2\x80\x99s 50 Best Bars list. It has also enjoyed unbroken financial success since launch \xe2\x80\x93 up until COVID-19 of course. 28 has often been credited with helping catalyse the boom in the bar scene of Singapore and greater Asia, and it remains at the forefront across this booming region.

POSITION SUMMARY: SENIOR BARTENDER (based in Singapore) We are searching for a Senior Bartender who will be highly involved in the daily operations and creative output of 28 HongKong Street. They will ensure the quality and standards of the bar and beverage service and be accountable for the credibility and professionalism of 28 HongKong Street. The Senior Bartender is an individual who possesses a force of knowledge, creativity and instills a culture of exceptional service. They will be an ambassador of the brand by being an integral player in one of Asia Pacific\xe2\x80\x99s most respected bars. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are consistent with 28 HongKong Street\xe2\x80\x99s beverage standard
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter
• Maintain the standard of quality service, bar hygiene, product and cleanliness
• Sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising customers, answering queries and suggesting products to them as part of the ordering process
• Assist in taking inventory and maintaining records
• Guide junior team members on best practices and upholding quality service delivery
• Perform other related duties as required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience
• Is aware of the niche \xe2\x80\x98bar world\xe2\x80\x99 that 28HKS is in and understands the audience (guests, regional peers, global industry)
• Has an ambition to put their name in the evolution of one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most well know bar brands
• Has a passion for hospitality and customer service
• Possesses a strong appreciation of fine spirits and craft cocktails
• Is prepared to work flexible hours
