Responsibilities: Prepare beverages requested by customers according to established pouring standards and drink recipes. Inventory liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift. Inspect bar daily for cleanliness and attractiveness and inspect all equipment and machinery for proper operation and perform corrective action where necessary. Interact with outside contacts such as guests - to ensure their total satisfaction and suppliers - regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally. May assist with other duties where required by superiors, including assisting in restaurant service.
