Job Description


Exciting finance specialist role to support Swedish companies in Southeast AsiaThe role supports the finance and accounting of Business Sweden Singapore and its key accounts in the Southeast Asia region. It is an individual contributor role, and you will take ownership to drive the function.To provide finance support in an outsourced environment.

  • Full sets of accounts using different accounting software
  • Electronic banking with different banks
  • Cash book and cash flow maintenance
  • Invoicing
  • GST registration and reporting
  • Year-end audit support
  • Tax computation and liaising with tax agent
  • Liaising with company secretary / nominee director
  • Periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) reporting based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, reporting package and timeline
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Assist with company establishment process
  • Attend & provide ad-hoc advice to clients
