Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinic Assistant to join our GP clinic under Y Medical & Wellness Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be based at Our Tampines Family Clinic, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and delivering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Counter & Administrative Duties

Patient registration, temperature and weight taking Handling CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions Dispensing medication and collecting payments (familiar with e-payment modes such as QR pay and NETS) Managing appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and sending patient reminders Answering phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner Performing claims submission (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care/TPA insurance claims) General administrative support and record keeping

Clinical Support

Performing COVID-19 and Influenza swabs Conducting ECGs and assisting doctors during consultations when required

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O-Level or above, with relevant experience in a healthcare / GP clinic setting At least 2 years of GP clinic working experience (required) Strong IT proficiency (clinic systems, Managed Care portals, MBS, MHCP, and TPA claim portals) Good command of spoken and written English; ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage to communicate with non-English speaking patients Diligent, customer service oriented, with a pleasant disposition Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to rostered shifts
