Job Responsibilities * In charge of moving a project along from its initial tender to the final completion * Coordinate and collaborate with the commercial team to resolve contractual and commer Job Responsibilities In charge of moving a project along from its initial tender to the final completion Coordinate and collaborate with the commercial team to resolve contractual and commercial issues Ensure that the tender proposal submitted complies with specifications, client's requirements, terms and conditions stated in the contract Bid/tender on new projects and negotiate contract terms Source and oversee subcontractors, evaluate quotations and award contract to selected subcontractors Attend tender briefing, clarification and tender interview Submit and prepare pre-qualification documents for new client / tender Leads the team of project quantity surveyors and ensure timely progress claiming of all ongoing projects Provide monthly cost report to management for all ongoing projects Support project team on contractual matters and preparation of commercial letters Keep records of all additional works / variation order claimable to client and support project teams in preparing the necessary documents in claiming variation orders Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Preferably to be able to start work immediate or short notice Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume, via the APPLY NOW button below.
