Handle daily crewing functions and adhere to policies and procedures.
Create and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
Responsible for crew mobilization and demobilization, including Singapore Work Pass, travel, visas, and accommodations, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Keep accurate crew records, process timely payroll, facilitate logistics for crew changes, and review related invoices.
Comply with all regulations in accordance with IMO conventions like STCW and MLC, Flag requirements, MPA, ICA, and MOM regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Maritime Business or equivalent.
At least 5 years of crewing and ship management experience.
Strong knowledge of crewing and manning requirements of Harbor Craft vessels.
Familiar with Singapore Work Pass, Flag, MPA, ICA and MOM processes.
